A select group of Millennials in Travel advisors and media enjoyed kicking off spring in charming Charleston with Wild Dunes Resort and Hotel Emeline! With added hours of sunshine and flowers beginning to bloom, spring is the perfect time of year to reset, refine, and get ready for a busy summer -- no exceptions over here at MIT!


This spring, we look forward to launching our Nashville chapter on April 18 at the 1 Hotel Nashville (there are over 56k plants onsite!), in partnership with Lush Experiences, and continuing to host networking events for all chapters. Leadership Spotlight: Marcus Hemphill
Officer of Development, Phoenix/Scottsdale

Marcus began a career in sales and entertainment with Wells Fargo Arena & Iowa Events Center in 2015 upon graduating from Iowa State University with a degree in Marketing. In 2017, Marcus refocused to hospitality sales at the Hilton Garden Inn Phoenix Airport. Since joining the Arizona Biltmore in 2019, he has flourished as the Leisure & Entertainment Sales Manager and instrumental for his contributions to the Group Sales team in achieving #1 in Revenue for all of Luxury Hilton Americas Hotels in 2021.
